Two-tier management
Increased accountability and transparency
For fair management of the company, Medimaps is governed by an independent Board of Directors in charge of company strategy, complementing the Executive Committee leading day-to-day operations and resources.
This two-tier system enhances corporate governance by providing clear role separation, increased accountability, improved risk management, and strategic guidance. It promotes transparency, protects stakeholder interests, and ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Following the 2026 merger with Radiobotics, Medimaps Group's governance now spans both entities. Medimaps and Radiobotics currently continue to operate under distinct quality-management systems as integration progresses.
Quality
Certified to ISO 13485:2016
Medimaps has implemented a comprehensive Quality Management System, certified by DNV (notified body 2460) to ISO 13485:2016 (certificate C831121), and holds MDR certificate C831120 for its product portfolio. ISO 13485 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organisation demonstrates its ability to consistently provide medical devices and related services meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
Compliance with ISO 13485 certifies our commitment to excellence for our customers, with regularly audited internal processes aiming at continuous improvement throughout our operations and product lifecycle.
MDSAP
Certified globally
Medimaps Group is MDSAP certified, a single audit recognised by five major regulators: FDA, Health Canada, TGA, ANVISA, and PMDA. For partners and sponsors operating across multiple regions, this means our quality system has already been independently proven to a standard those regulators accept, rather than one they need to take on faith.
Swiss-made
Swiss Made software label
In 2023, Medimaps obtained the Swiss Made Software Label, a national certification for Swiss-based companies that demonstrate commitment to developing and producing the majority of their assets in Switzerland.
This label is testament to the enduring quality, reliability, innovation, and precision of the Swiss information-technology industry, confirming Medimaps' longstanding adherence to Swiss values.

Sustainability
Contributing to a better world
As a responsible corporate citizen, reducing our carbon footprint and supporting our local community are important to us. We offset our carbon footprint every year through two schemes: The Oxygen at Work programme, contributing to planting 170 trees in Amazonia, and the French NGO Piment Solidaire, contributing to planting 400 trees in Togo.
We also support our local community through responsible sourcing, efficient energy consumption, and waste management, and donate to local non-profit organisations through fundraising initiatives.
