Vincent Zwaans joined Medimaps Group as Chief Operations Officer (COO) in 2024. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and oversight for key functions, including Finance & Administration, Human Resources, Regulatory & Quality, and Client Care. A customer-oriented team builder, he brings 20 years of experience in financial management, systems development, operations optimization, strategic planning, and medical device launch across start-ups and international companies.
Prior to joining Medimaps, Vincent served as COO at Loop Medical, a start-up developing a painless blood collection device. He also co-founded and served as CEO of CybeReha SA, where he oversaw the development of a robotic exoskeleton for patient rehabilitation. He began his career at Deloitte before transitioning to leadership roles in finance, project management, launch excellence, and business operations at AGFA Europe and Edwards Lifesciences.
